Shelby was absolutely wonderful to work with! I was helping my grandmother find a new home in a 55+ community, and Shelby made the entire process so easy and comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind — answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. Shelby took the time to understand what my grandmother was looking for and treated her with such respect and care. It’s clear she truly cares about the people she works with.

The Luxe is the BEST 55+ COMPLEX in the Rowlett area. My sister moved to The Luxe last November. It is wonderful having her here to share in all that The Luxe has to offer. My sister has made so many new friends. Our Weekly Events keep us all connected. The Luxe Residents are all about Friends Making Friends. We are a tight knit group. The Staff, to include a Great Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager are the best and make sure that we are all taken care of. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

My Husband and I moved here the middle of May. We like it here so much. We have met some nice people, that make you feel you are a part of this community, and make you feel so welcomed. Alysh has been so helpful and open to us. As well as the maintenance person David very helpful. And others. We have met some nice people. This is a great community of people that is so friendly. We appreciate all this. We were not used to this where we came from. Thank everyone for the great hospitality.

My experience here at The Luxe has been a great experience I feel that the management is supportive and the maintenance of the property is very professional.
